This work focuses on developing a funding strategy and plans, based on relevant and current funding needs for your organisation. It will encompass opportunities to engage with new grant-funders, donors, business supporters and investors as appropriate (i.e. utilising the various Social Investment Business funds available) and help define the way in which your organisation targets funding.
The work will support the development of relationships with funders, to enable successful bidding/proposals and also the development of a new bidding/proposal approach to support key bids/proposals for strategic funding, as appropriate.
