Do the day to day financial processes ensure that invoices are raised on time, money is collected on time, purchases are managed effectively and suppliers, employees and HMRC are paid on time?

Do you regularly review ongoing fixed and variable costs to minimize overheads, and similarly review any stock for obsolescence, and to optimise stock turn
